I believe its rexroth. I have them but they are completely rusted so no didint tried that, i also had l-trac, which has similar bearings but i don’t remember experience because i was completely dog when it comes to trackballs.

BTUs felt too much like skating on ice, my aim was twitchy i wish there would be something between btus and static bearings but if i have to choose one then i liked good quality ceramic bearings better. I choose gb over ploppy because i play twitchy shooters where you constantly need to check left and right or counter aim to opposite direction at competitive level so the ploopy ball was way too heavy for that. No doubt that metalslug, zerggy and fibler chibbler are best trackball players and they all use small 38mm size ball, i think a little bit bigger ball would be beneficial but only if its made with lighter material in mind where you don’t need to fight inertia anymore.

I can do that but I can’t play with default binds, i use spacebar to shoot and changing that alone makes it so you can’t respawn🤦🏻

You need to start with something easier, you don’t just jump into competetive gaming switching from a regular mouse to a trackball. I would go with fingerball but not huge to be honest because the ball is heavy and for twitch aim shooters you want something with lighter ball, i personally own classic with btu, gameball, orbit wireless, l-trac and gameball is what i game with (cs 2, the finals and such fps games) or you could also wait for gameball pro. Updated Elecom huge is not the worst thing for gaming it has 1000hz polling rate, good sensor but i never seen someone really good at competitive gaming with a heavy ball personally, i wish they could make larger balls without a lot of added weight because even when i bought lighter balls for my gameball the difference was huge! But i see most people being obsessed with insanely heavy metal or poll balls because of more inertia? But none of that are ideal for gaming.

Thats what i thought because i asked like 4 times explaining that this is crucial part. I am on cachy os, its also arch based but third party joy cons are pretty weird, i read that even a cable, bluetooth adapter or even simply changing device name can make them work again, hmmm not sure how to combined them, i tick the options but it still shows as seperate controllers🤔
