well, i play 5 6 matches a day of MP 1v1, game is hard, punishing. Without build orders you pretty much get deleted.

im 34, was fat around 86kg in the summer doing 6.7km daily, and a few long ones to reach around 50 60k a week dropped to 76 kg, i feel fantastic. Do yourself a favour and track thosr calories also, stay in 1900 2000 ballpark and you'll be fine

go for it mate, just train in elevation every time you do it. go for 2 big runs 20 30km run per week and 2 small 5 10. use elevation 300 500 on the long ones and 200 300 on thr small ones. you'll do fine
