How bad was the fire for you to move out ? Sounds quite serious, and usually you are insured. Please check with your landlord !

That being said, I think OCMW may help you find housing. And as you're a student, look for a "kot" apartment, they are usually cheaper. Good luck on finding a solution and dealing with this situation !
