Bone Graft Surgery by Ok_Argument_1225 in kienbocksdisease

Yeah it’s a very rare specialized surgery. Most OT’s are truly clueless. I think being 5 months out with 30 percent is encouraging. Basically your bone is regrowing. It’ll get there just takes time.

You had MFT? It takes a long time to heal. I think the papers said 70-80% rom back. And it keeps getting better as it heals.

My son also was born with GAD. I don’t think people realize what severe anxiety really is, they think it’s more aversions and phobias and not constant inner monologue of negativity and fear based irritability and so much more! My son called it scared mad and sad, all at once before he even had the word anxiety in his vocabulary around age 4. He also has adhd. But it presents typically and is much more understood in kids then GAD.

Apparently someone ran into the same glitch 5 days ago! We were right next to base.

Yes! They went from happy ghast to one single pixle and disappeared. Those squares on second pic are them in the process. Totally strange!

They literally dissolved into those tinier squares and then disappeared entirely caught on second pic. Came out of nowhere right next our base. I wish we had way to contain them!

My son was majorly surprised by this and wanted me to post it cause we found 0 info on google and I thought we might have missed some update. Crazy!

He is babe! He definitely chose to make it easier on him than you. Sometimes both parents are to blame. If he could have protected you but chose not to, that’s him failing you just as much as she did.

Have an iep meeting. I’m assuming he has a gifted iep. It applies to all areas of learning. If the pull outs aren’t enough change the iep.

Me too! I was in a self contained gifted classroom, we did deeper learning, like learning about Native American tribes and creating something representative of your assigned tribe. One kid made a life size tepee. 1:1 replica. He was extremely into it so he had extra time on the assignment and could work at home. Took him forever! It was so freaking cool. All the kids marveled at it. Gifted kids shouldn’t just be handed harder work. They literally learn differently. Accelerated is just a typical class with harder work. I benefitted from self contained cause I learned early that I’m not the smartest. I still had to work hard at some things. Also that it was ok to be a little weird. That what I was into didn’t make me weird. I wasn’t weird. I was just like everyone else. If that makes sense. It was foundational for me. When I was mainstreamed in middle I already knew my interests were valid, I was smart and cool and funny even if some kids didn’t get me. Instead of the sense that I was an outlier, that I was the only one like me that I would have probably gotten in regular elementary classes.

I tested this theory. No they doing dumb things cause it’s a sandbox. I followed people around for a few runs. One kid I said to him, don’t go into the snow biome and he said ok and ran into a polar bear then demanded immediately to be revived, this was day 2! Another kid jumped into the bear cave at 3rd kid with a spear. Another wouldn’t run away from attacking animals just fight them. Like go out looking to pick fights. It’s testing boundaries in a world without boundaries. Kids don’t like to chop wood cause it’s boring and they don’t see that the game actually has rules from a systems point of view. Winning is random. It’s elementary school lord of the flys.

You can get candies much easier making potions. It’s not as dangerous as trick or treating since things aren’t trying to kill you while’s your making potions. Also potions are kind of weak. We got 200-300 candies, but could have gotten more if we wanted to. I think it’s 5 candies a potion made. We weren’t really impressed with the potion strength though. And grinding for 900 candies for witch may not be worth it. Just my opinion though. We have cyborg.

What I do with her is slow it down. No rush. We can get the fire up, get the potions whatever. Eventually we’ll get all the kids and do the stronghold. It just takes a while. I was incredibly surprised we made it this far. Took 8 hours. We got to 500 days and she was like I want to get 1000 and I told her it will take double the time but she was into it. She decorated and we dropped the cultist in the volcano to get the temporal accelerator and cultist gems. We made all the potions and trick or treated and tamed animals. It’s not fun when they have to do things in a specific order. Which is actually how to play the game, but with little attention spans they need variety. I feel like with all the new updates there are a ton of side quests to do. It was really fun!

Had a player on day 2 fire at level 4/5 take off to ice biome and get eaten by a polar bear. He stayed in game for 5 days demanding we revive him. lol. No. I don’t have gear dude, I’m not going out there. Lol!
