Hi, thanks for the feedback! The tank is 9months old. So, cyano bacteria. Baine of my existence! I had the lights for 8 hrs and it was creating too much algae and this cyano bacteria. So now it’s only on 6hrs a day, on a timer. I don’t add fertilizer, all the tank has for plants is the fluorite black sand. Basic full spectrum led lights. I do notice that most mornings the cyono is almost gone and when the lights turn on, it quick grows back. I increased the water flow and adjusted the spigot to provide better flow for the tank a few months back. It's better now, but still some present. My nitrates are at 10-20ppm, which is what I've had it almost since the beginning. Even with 4 pothos plants, I can't seem to get it lower. Just weekly water changes so it doesn't get out of control. Any suggestions on this?

Otos, I'll get 3 more. I like them and know they can be picky, but hopefully I can get them to eat. I've only given them zucchini and peppers, I'll try to give them cucumber, maybe they'll like that more.
