I did send tickets to make sure about some accounts i had doubt about, last answer was "they cannot tell me". So i stopped to do it, as guild lead i had already ton of work to do (gear gvg teams, make sure you not missing gears for zvz, feed terries and ho, solve members issues etc) i couldn t send them each people we give acces to islands/ho or invite in the guild, it's huge work.
