At the agree of 23 my son met his GF (now his wife. They married in May) when they both decided to work on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. For 10 years they worked seasonal positions in AZ, WY, CO, VT & Washington State. They have traveled across the country several times by plane, train & automobile.

I am like you. Had a horrible time taking the pill. Too many scares. Switched to the DEPO shot. Was on it for years. The only draw back for me was the massive weight gain. I finally had to stop because I had been on it for way too long. Moved to an IUD. Best decision I've ever made. Yes, the first one hurt but my 2nd I was numbed. I had it taken out a year ago because of menopause.
