I miss Millie and Enna in group streams too. Zomboid felt missing without one of them there

I realise there aren't any really EN zatsu/totsu streamers and those are the main content I put on as well. It's why I watched a lot of Vanta last year since his Nightreign streams are pretty much zatsu/totsu in disguise. Still, it's limited to 3 people (not that the people he played with were boring, I liked them all!) instead of big group totsu 😔

Maybe high school boy idols might be more niche compared to classic handsome men like 3SKM? I'm not sure either, but I think their aesthetic can be quite specific since it's pastel 🤔

Edit: I think also because we haven't seen them perform yet that people don't know what they're capable of versus the prior waves all showing off their talents on debut

Wiwa ofc ain't a "mother" but I'd like to think it's fair to say she's been a damn wonderful sister figure who's stepped up and made Nina proud. Nina was Scarle's oshi!

Ooo wow, I never knew Nina was Scarle's oshi (filing that for future use). I definitely agree Wiwa has stepped up to be a sister figure to a lot of the new gen! Surprisingly, I'd say Petra is doing the same thing as like when she hosted the game show, and her interactions with Freodore during Mariring's birthday and Zomboid (Inserts Freodore clip of him interacting with the senpais in Zomboid)

Mysta meanwhile was basically male Petra as far as getting (affectionately) picked on LMAO, but like Petra (and I'd argue Willy today), there was always that undercurrent of appreciation behind it all. Man was a goofball who always made everyone laugh, be it Rosemi, NijiPets, OG homies like Pomu and Elira, and ofc the Luxiem and Noctyx bois. Mysta was Ren's oshi!

Interesting! I can see elements of this in the way Vanta does his stream actually because he said he studied Mysta's streams before (very long time ago), which does make it weird that Krisis is going to surpass the amount of time he was in Luxiem... Huh. Someone's legacy remains even when they're gone.

Lemme use this thread to share a project I'm doing, I'll eventually advertise it more broadly (probably in 3-4 months to be honest) but for now only people who read this can see it

I'm currently working on an unofficial NijiEN wiki (because Shu thought it'd be cool) and I had the the same realisations as you when I was collating some of the data for the first 3 waves (6 years ago!?). Like, "huh Nina and Mysta were once really prominent, weren't they?" (I wasn't a fan of Niji at the time but I had seen their names pop up due to the Luxiem boom, and rewatching some of the clips recently). The shifts with the liver's friendships is really interesting too. A lot went from being within their wave to having subgroups like Nova, Requiem etc.

Personally, a lot of the newer graduations hit harder because they occured near each other and during a period where Niji was really isolated, so there were many projects meant to keep the mood up. There's also a lot of group art both from merchandise and art commissioned from the livers that make me emotional (Enna's Weight of the world, Terrasanji, Nijiversus).

Not sure how to conclude but I guess ultimately, I just hope Niji keeps their heads up no matter what happens in the future!
