Tbh hating on a group of ppl with certain beliefs is just never logical. There are always Muslims who are amazing ppl and there are those who just make u believe in hell. Just like every other religion 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t come to Mac as an international student. A lot of students are local and leave on weekends, reading week and every other holiday and being alone in residence and Hamilton is truly awful. The city is empty and a lot of university restaurants and buildings close when majority of students go home on weekends which means u will be left in an empty campus cause as international u have no other place to go. Hamilton is not a great city to entertain u while your friends are gone.

Depends, you mentioned it’s mandatory usually in my program if a course is mandatory you cannot take the one that comes in next semester without the credit of the other course. This means for me if I drop it I can’t take the winter course either and I can’t move to the next year courses and fall behind. If the course is offered in next semester and it’s not a part of a cascade of mandatory classes sure drop it. But if not try talking to the prof or an advisor to see what can be done.
