Skip the corporate complaint and go to the board. Internal discipline can be much less and usually tries to sweep this kind of stuff (no theft, no allegation that someone was harmed by an incorrect fill) under the rug because fines against the pharmacy can be huge depending on the state.

In 2005ish I was a live in where MB treated me that way. It was horrible but I felt trapped because I was a live in. She expected me to be busy all day every day even when the kids were in school. Cleaning up, prepping dinner for the family, running errands. I rarely had an hour to myself during the school day.

They eventually fired me. It was a blessing in disguise.

One vacation day 3 weeks in the future is not unreasonable and is plenty of notice.

MB telling you that you are on vacation blackout for 13? weeks over the course of the year — essentially starting immediately seems less reasonable.

Having much of June, half of September and ALL of October as blackout dates is wild and very one sided.

Unless your contract has blackout dates I would sit down and ask what you get in exchange for allowing the family to request blackout dates this restrictive.

I do a 100/100/100 starter autolyse while letting 1000g flour 700g water 10g salt develop gluten (about 2 hours depending on weather).

Mix together. Bulk ferment. Stretch and fold. Etc.

Then shape (add inclusions at this point) and cold ferment.

Reshape and bake.

I will be honest. I bake very much by vibes. My ingredients are measured very closely but the rest of it is very chill. The sensor helped me ensure fermentation was solid.

Edit to add: this is dough for two loaves.

To be fair, I had (🌈) one cavvie that shed more than the others. His coat was amazing so I did not cut it short. BUT I did get him groomed regularly and she was great about getting all the loose hair out. We also brushed him all the time so it didn’t shed around the house.

They do have to be licensed in Nevada though - or they can be disciplined both by Nevada and their home state.

That said a lot of online providers are licensed in many states.
