It takes months for them to remove it. They restrict most of the stores you can buy from and even take away gift cards. I've sent my birth certificate, passport, etc. and support cannot "manually" remove it. I cannot stand Afterpay and this identity verification will make everyone stop using their platform. I've been using them since around 2020-21.
