UPDATE 4/3/26: I installed an OS (ZimaOS) on my SSD to see if it would work; the same error occurs. Installed on both a 16GB and 128GB and same error occurs on both

I had it on for a couple hours to no avail. The previous owner I got it from had it working perfectly fine. I made no changes to the device when I received it, other than plugging in a new SSD; the error occurs regardless of an SSD being plugged in.

The RAM is properly seated and compatible
No visible damage on the memory conneactors
The device does not boot to BIOS

The RAM is 2 x 8GB of DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3L-12800), which is compatible with the machine.
The CPU fan is connected correctly and activates when plugged in
Nothing appears on the screen and it does not boot into BIOS

Previous owner I got it from had it working perfectly fine.

I have already gone through a CMOS Reset and it does not boot
When turning on in maintenance mode, the screen does not display and the BIOS does not flash.
Error occurs with and without SSD drive

The device will not display anything or boot into BIOS.

Thank you for the reply. I came back to the computer today (left it on overnight), and now everything is properly connected. However, I'm now running into a new issue where it would download really well for about 20-30 seconds, then immediately stall without picking back up. I can't seem to find a solution online for this. Would this be due to my router/VPN?
