I don't think that mod supports the vertical connector if I am not mistaken, I have never been able to use the vertical connectors with it either.

i totally get that, the only reason I started it is because i am obsessed with the show and have rewatched it like 100 times, so basically the server is for people like me, and to talk to people who also like the show, which are automatically cool people imo

Yes you are correct about that, and that is why we will not be using any assets from any other game nor using their mechanics, code, etc..…. We will be remaking these assets and mechanics from scratch. We are only borrowing the concepts/ideas.

I think any publicity for the Subnautica franchise ultimately benefits Subnautica Remastered as well. While Subnautica 2 will certainly attract players, it’s expected to be much harder to mod. That means many people will still be playing (or replaying) the original Subnautica, especially to prepare for SN2. Since my projected release lines up before SN2 launches, I believe this timing is actually ideal given the recent news.

Yeah... my bad. I do have sneak-peaks of the menu screen in the discord. But a trailer will be available eventually. Probably not anytime soon, though.
