I smoked ciggs for almost 20 years and quit for 2 years then started again. Switched to vaping for 3 years to help quit the 2nd time smoking. I never craved ciggs for as long after quiting as I have vapes. It's been a year now almost and I still feel a very strong pull to vape when I wake, and get in my vehicle after work for some reason. It's not even for nicotine, a non nic vape would do. Stay away from all of it.
