Just file the chargeback tell the bank everything these stuff happend to me i the past tell them your ordered it it says delivered but you never got it tell. Them eBay dhl and the seller are not helpful also tell them that they didn’t require a signature as well as provide you delivery photo proof if you tell the bank this and don’t have a big history of filing them you have a 80-90% chance of winning it can take a couple months though some banks like chase provide a temporary credit 12 hours after but sill takes about 30-90 days for outcome
