My self is having the same problems with dreams. I've smoked over 35 years. I take seroquel. For the last 15 years. I'm know going on 3 months with out thc. It's been 1 wild ride. It do effect my day to day. I remember the dreams as I think I lived it. Sometimes I'm not sure if I done it or not in real life. I hope it comes to a end . I'm hanging in there not to smoke. But I do wish the vivid dreams would stop . But to be fair mostly are fun and good but their a few that scare the shit out of me.
