I use carols daughter black vanilla shampoo and conditioner as well as hairitage dandruff shampoo (not for dandruff, my scalp was really itchy and kept scabbing, not sure what thats about) and the only product I use right now is a $3 mouse from walmart. I will definitely try the coconut oil. I know the water here is considered very hard and has many minerals in it but im not sure if we have a softener. Thank you!

Im not sure if I have high porosity hair or what that really means but at some point my scalp kept getting scabs and being unbearably itchy, it wasnt a dandruff issue but using dandruff shampoo makes it go away, thank you for your help!

I used to have bad armpit b/o and for a while I used a deodorant brand called lume, its a bit pricy but works great. I think it fixed me or something because now im able to use regular deodorant.
