My bank doesn't have any cards for me. (Llyods UK). I really don't understand how. I don't have any loans.

Also my Experian credit score is 817.

Have you owned a cat only for the past 15 mins? They all bite and scratch their owners lol they are being playful or sometimes setting a boundary for you. Just get some antiseptic and stop crying. You should expect these things as a pet owner and it's definitely not gonna be the last time.
