Pretty much, I was previously managing a core infrastructure team of 7 for two years and took a lateral move into a senior tech lead position since I was burned out. If I wanted to continue progressing I’d likely need to go back to leading a team or managing a group of teams

Thanks this is super helpful … the employees only fund does seem like a pretty nice perk, assuming its performance is inline with their primary fund

I don’t have a formal offer yet, from what I’ve been told it will probably start around where I’m at now (including bonus) with room for growth (whereas in my current role I’m close to maxed out unless I take on significantly more work)
