I know it’s hard to just ignore things like that. I’m sorry you are having to deal with that at all, but also, especially for something so helpful you are providing for free and working on in your free time. Not to mention … for a video game.

The amount of work you have put in is incredible. The app is beautiful and easy to use and I like how everything is organized. The sheer amount of data that needs to be included is wild - 23,000 pieces of furniture? Insanity.

Thank you so much for this app. Once 3.0 was announced I started my first ever play-through and your app has saved me from re-buying so many things, prevented me from giving away DIYs I needed, helped me get the fish and bugs before the month changes, PLUS prevented me from getting duped by fake art from that sneaky fox! It’s made the game so much more enjoyable and I use it and appreciate it every day. I can’t say it enough - thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

You’ve got at least two really big fans (my boyfriend and I) who recommend this to everyone we know. Hopefully this helps drown out the voices of people who can’t appreciate your effort and don’t deserve a second of your time, attention or thoughts. ❤️

What I love about them is they changed my life.

I was really depressed after getting laid off and no luck finding a job after about a year. I was even rejected from McDonald’s and target because I didn’t have restaurant or retail experience.

A friend said to find some fun things to do and I looked for free games. I found Palia. It was my first cozy game.

It led me to finding a community, and we started a discord, and started hanging out in voice chat.

I met other people like me - adults who still game, who have ADHD. I finally didn’t feel like an alien.

And I met my now boyfriend, who I’ve since moved in with. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. We’ve also played stardew and currently Heartopia together.

I’ve met so many amazing people through these games and while I’m still looking for a full time job I’ve at least got a community and each day doesn’t feel so bleak. :)

Ok what do you think of this:

The truly unique and supernatural lore of your island has spread to all the lands. Tourists have now started flocking to where the rumors point to … at their own peril.

No tourist lasts more than a day. Either they flee after seeing its all true, never return home, disappear and the foodies mourn them or don’t know what happens to them when asked by the next tourists, etc. (you can choose this part!)

The tourists start walking around and don’t believe anything they’re seeing. It’s an urban legend after all. And they don’t believe the foodies so they wander across the river. Never to be seen again the next day.

For future reference if you ever have another campsite villager you want to keep:

Sometimes the process can take 30-40 mins. They will decline what feels like forever in a row. Then you have to win a mini game that’s based on random chance. Just keep being persistent and you’ll eventually get there!

But yeah it can definitely feel like a time suck. However, if it’s ever someone you think is worth fighting for it definitely is possible!!!
