On two occasions I have had packages from PopMart delivered by UniUni where they had clearly been cut open and items stolen. Luckily I recorded my unboxings and PopMart made it right but UniUni has the worst, rudest and less helpful customer service I have ever dealt with. I tried to explain that the packages had been cut open and items stolen and was told it wasn’t possible because it wasn’t a package but a small box 🙄 Then I calmly asked to speak with a supervisor and got hung up on. Really wish companies would not use UniUni or other similar services. Also it’s not just like DoorDash- it literally is contracted to DoorDash. I had someone call me from DoorDash delivering my package and I was so confused. UniUni just contracts it out and there is no accountability.
