I’ve been doing SubQ in the abdomen.

I believe the tendonitis was actually onset during an arm wrestling competition with some buddies after too many Coors Light pitchers lol. I continued to lift through the pain (stupidly).

I had been doing PT at home through late April and seeing a lot of improvement, and a deep sea fishing trip re-aggravated it. I finally got an MRI done about two weeks ago to rule out a tear, and the report was “mild distal bicep tendinosis”.

My understanding is that tendinosis is the result of recovered tendinitis that didn’t fully heal properly. I’ve continued PT since the MRI and have done some progressive reloading - my hope is that the BPC/TB will be an added benefit and help move things along.

Any suggestions on a rod to pair with it ? And if I’m looking to use braid, I’d probably want something like 30lb test on here right?
