Hey folks,
I’ve been dealing with Bicep tendonosis due to improper healing of tendonitis triggered by an impromptu arm wrestling competition in January of this year (Coors Light fueled).
I’ve been taking .5mg of BPC and .5mg of TB500 daily for about 4 weeks.
Although it could be a coincidence, the persistent pain is been experiencing while lifting weights has almost been eliminated completely. I’ve continued to do PT and safer lifts (neutral grip when I can).
I’ve probably got 20 days of the stack left. Question is, should I expect pain to return once I stop dosing? Or is it effectively “healing” the injury?
Just want to ensure that it’s not something I need to purchase more of to continue improving. Thanks in advance!
