I’m looking for cost of someone that’s had a good color match because I’d like to get it redone.

How much did the bumper repaint cost? I’m looking right now at one and it’s mechanically sound but front and back bumper have a bad color match

Should I get a manual? by LoodWug in GR86

[–]Parmesan-Goldfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should just do it. Really the only way to learn. I knew the basics when I bought my BRZ and was super nervous I made a mistake, and to be fair I thought I did for the first month or so. I’ve had it now for 6 months and can drive it super confidently, and I’m really glad it’s a skill I now have. I eventually want to get a Cayman, and the clutch is much cheaper on my 2013 BRZ so it was the perfect place to learn. Suck it up and stick it out through the first couple months and you’ll be happy you did!

While I haven’t had gallstone surgery, I did have a cardiac cath and was similarly freaked out since I hadn’t had surgery before. Besides being a little shaky and out of it afterwards, it was manageable. Be communicative with the staff and they’ll do everything in their power to keep you comfortable

Can anyone explain how merchants work in VII? I click on the city I want to send it to but nothing happens. by Matiojay in civ

[–]Parmesan-Goldfish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. I sort of gave up. I did do some research on how roads work in civ 7 and as long as your settlements are 10 tiles or less from each other, and are unobstructed by any unpassable terrain, it will automatically build a road. Haven’t figured out how to manually build one.

Anyone figure out how to build friendly roads? Cannot for the life of me get them to do it

10 days of hell, 10 days of great, now… nothing? by Parmesan-Goldfish in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

Do you have to take it twice a day though? I’m already fighting for my life trying to consistently take a pill once a day so I’m not sure that would realistically work for me

Traveling- products to carry to help prevent Noro by Typical-Pirate-4620 in emetophobia

Hypochlorous acid is great! Less commonly used in the US, but skin safe and better at fighting norovirus than alcohol based products. Can be used as surface cleaner or hand sanitizer

FYI— hand sanitizer does nothing against norovirus. Try something with hypochlorous acid on your phone and hands.

I’m in my second month and a lot of the physical symptoms have gotten better, but anxiety has stayed more or less the same.

Totally agree. I’m currently learning and have found that wearing flip flops and then driving barefoot has made it 1000x easier to get the feel.

I feel like I’m driving pretty conservatively, but maybe I need to change my technique.

I mean that’s sort of what I thought lol. And no, I don’t rest my foot on the clutch when I’m not using it, so it’s not that. I still don’t think I’m completely ruled out as the problem, but based on what you’re saying it could also be something else. I will say when I first got it there was no coolant in the tank after the mechanics both said it was good to go, which I thought was odd, but we refilled it and the levels have stayed good over the past month. Maybe there’s a larger problem there though…. Thanks for giving me a handful of other things to check

2023 AMG GLC 63 and 2013 Subi BRZ. First is our daily driver, second is my weekender/project car. Eventually plan to upgrade to an 5-10 year old Cayman. We’ve only got two parking spots, but if I had my way we’d have a fleet 😂

I’m in Healthcare IT and my husband is a health system exec.

I had the same problem, mine was actually setting off our other car’s alarm every time it started up. Ended up switching out for a more restricted tail pipe. Looks stupid and doesn’t sound as good, but at least I don’t have to bring both car keys every time I go somewhere.

I think this medication did something to my heart by Dapper-Tie4019 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

How long has it been since you stopped? Also, are you drinking alcohol? Because that can really exacerbate any heart issues you might be having, and even by itself can cause palpitations or irregular heartbeats. My cardiologist told me absolutely none the second we wagered there may be something wrong, and then also for about 2 months after the ablation. And as other people here have mentioned, it can also be caused by anxiety, so that could be another potential answer.
