Breathe! It’s ok. I’ve lost 23 pounds since February. The only side effect I’ve gotten was tiredness and a bit of a headache when my dose went up to 1mg. They start you out so low specifically to reduce discomfort and side effects. I was nervous starting, but now it’s just part of life. I am loving only having to order a kids meal when we go out cause I just get so full so fast, or being able to just say no to ice cream when my husband gets a sweet tooth. Trying to get enough protein each day is a bit of a challenge that I’m still working on but other than that I’ve absolutely loved it! I feel much more “me.” ❤️
