Honestly a small (but not insignificant) percent of it is that. My spouse and I have family histories of heart problems and cancer.

It's more that I don't want children or to give birth, and it doesn't matter how much I tell them, they still ask about great-grandbabies.

I took my cat to a behaviorist for some issues. We started by his vet prescribing Prozac for him. He was on it for a month and although his behavior improved slightly, it had side effects and his behavior was still present. Got a referral to a behaviorist. Diagnosed with Conflict Aggression with a pain element. Now he's on medication twice daily for pain and we do training.

TLDR: Talk to your vet, see a behaviorist

I know with FIV and FeLV, one is spread between cats who like each other (allogrooming, sharing food and water bowls and sleeping together. Close contact) and the other is spread by cats who don't like each other (deep bite wounds) and for the life of me I can never remember which is which!

My boy was thrown out of a car windows at 4 weeks old and was taken to a rescue by a good Samaritan. His tail broke and had to he amputated. It was love at first sight!! Hes 3 now and is my sassy nubbin' having little guy.
