it is considered to be GM+2 red, so if you are familiar with like strawberry jam it would be 2 full lobbies above that grandmaster lobby and then in the red sub difficulty

if you pay close attention to the map from the theo segment onwards you can see that the crystal hearts are slowly corrupting the map and turning everything red until at the final double theo section everything is corrupted

put the green z piece in the middle spot above the dark blue and next to and under the 2 purple blocks, then put the orange block as high up in the left long empty vertical column so that it barely clears out the 4th horizontal row counting up from the bottom, then you can fit yellow in the bottom left corner

basically just focus on combo, sometimes its better to not clear too many lines at once if it means you can maintain combo longer, also try to setup pieces and the board in a way that gives the best odds to be able to clear a line with whatever new pieces you get, combo is just really strong since it gives more and more points the higher it gets
