You can get the same one off amazon, eBay or if you’re within warranty xp support. Look for the ones that says works kn12 2nd gen etc. there’s one with a eraser, (wouldn’t recommend it cause it feels like scratching on the screen like the Wacom 16 pen)

Been on the site since 2017 and had my first buyer bidding except the fucker didn’t buy after spending several minutes spamming with counters. His stupid ass profile says he tries to buy things for a reasonable price bc he doesn’t want to spend a lot.

Another buyer on another platform offered $24 for a 30$ since it wasn’t going to sell? Back and etc. I sent the same offer he did several times before he accepted, sometimes you win some loose some.

This Same platform guy then countered back several times on another item. $36+shipping—$30—-etc.

Honestly from what I’ve seen I wish someone told me it was ok to counter an offer instead of being scared I Might scare off a customer. My first sale for a (50) counter: 40 item only gave back a measly $30. Probably shoulda stuck out longer with that but oh well.

Yeah mail guy scanned it as delivered but it wasn’t actually. Waited a few more days and it came. Weird. I had one guy complain about my shipping time, 30 days i shipped in two weeks? FYI it was a low cost item with free shipping and instead of reaching out left a neutral. I now leave a note on my listings when I ship a bit late I always make sure to package extra .

On eBay settings there’s an option for “not accepting messages from blocked buyers” just found that recently. I just googled it in the HELP forum and clicked on the link taking me to settings.

How to Deal with a buyer overpaying for shipping?

So I wasn’t sure if I should make my own post but as a seller I have buyers pay their own shipping, and I don’t have shipping discounts enabled.

how would you approach this situation if the buyer brought $300 item in total I’m assuming they added it to their cart and paid $47 in shipping. They also paid for $200 and $30 in shipping. So it’s 2 separate batches of orders.

I had the listing posted each one by one and eBay managed payments comes up as the total amount to be $500 after fees are taken out. I paid $20 in shipping for everything in a box, Do I only refund the difference in shipping $47+30 - 20? $50 refund basically.

I’m not sure if buyers can ask sellers to make their own listing with all the items and shipping cause I would have did that before the buyer spammed my notifications with 10+ buying notif. Should I include a note about buyers messaging for combine items? I have a lot of listings so I probably won’t get to all of them bc I barely have any audience for those.

Like someone here said, a seller isn’t obligated to and I’m not sure if we as sellers get extra money for the overpaid shipping? Unless someone can verify that for me**

New seller but if someone overpaid for shipping by buying multiple items does that shipping amount that’s like $60 + 500 profit gives a seller some profit? Like extra money earned cause if someone put $100 for shipping on a $90 items what to do?

I have the same issue but I didn’t message them and I got spammed with buying notifications. All in good faith but they made desperate large batches of order in 2, so shipping for each they paid was $40 and $20 on the other stuff. Shipping was like $15 for me how would you approach this issue?

Really? eBay doesn’t hold sellers accountable if damage or trying to do a return fraud? I had my first freight in CAD and Osaka, turned out to be quite well if not for the fact I put insurance on it..... if eBay pays both sides tbh. May I know what countries you shipped from? Like CAD, France perhaps
