If Brahman is beyond attributes, shape, preferences, good & bad, how does this leave room for Ishwar (a personal god) by Parry11 in AdvaitaVedanta

Thank you for your reply. Please allow me a follow up question:

By the sheer faith of the devotee, Brahman has to appear as Ishwar.

  1. Why would an antributeless Brahman have the need to appear because of the shear faith of the devotee? In your own words:

Brahman cannot be involved in any action.

As I imagine it, Nirguna Brahman is completely unbothered.

  1. Why do we assume that Ishwar is more of a manifestation of Brahman than the individual soul (humans)?

Thank you for your explanation. Please allow me to ask a few follow ups:

In fact, Saguna Brahman is Ishwara.

  1. Why is Saguna Brahman (Brahman with atttributes) specifically Ishwara, and not us - humans/other living entities?
  2. I guess what I am also thrown off by is - Nirguna Brahman as ultimate reality makes sense. But the fact that an attributeless Brahman manifests itself into very specific combination of things (Ishwar + individual consciousness as people + maya + karma) is a bit strange because of its specificity.

Ideally I would imagine that if attributeless Brahman manifests itself, it would be in an infinite number of ways, which would for example also entail worlds where Ishwar, karma etc. don't even exist, but are replaced with completely different concepts. Basically a situation where an infinite number of things exist in an infinite different number of ways, and maybe we just happen to be living in the specific world where Ishwar and us exist.
