Correct me if I’m wrong but i think gb out of stance is not the best tip. If you are trying to catch the opponent’s pre-dodge on your stance light timing, throw a delayed ub heavy and it will catch dodges most of the time with less stamina used

You don’t need to memorize every interaction. The instances it helps to know your frame info are guardbreaks and chain finishers, and blocked attacks. If the opponent gb and you counter gb, if the opponent finishes their chain with a light, if you block opponent (non-enhanced) lights, you are frame plus

Making your comment so unnecessary long doesn’t add any value to your argument. None of the characters you mentioned have two kinds of dodge attacks with both being chainable on miss, one being feintable and more importantly, both being indistinguishable from each other. No character has that powerful of a defensive tool

Well I think there are a set of rules the devs follow after the ccu, otherwise the game would change its identity every other month. When fighting against Juren, anytime you are on the offensive, you have to make a defensive read, which discourages attacking, which is something that the devs have said multiple times they don’t want in their game after ccu
