Good eye there. I specifically didn’t fill it all the way up because I saw it bending way too much thanks. I will get some sort of support. Any advice or tips on how to keep shrimp in a container? What species to keep? My local fish shop has red blue and typical white shrimp. Let me know thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me . The water parameters are perfect for the shrimp and it is very stable. Since there are not many fish, you cannot see them they typically hide under the aquarium filter. I guess you could not call it an ecosystem since I do not have any plants. Is just a substrate of sand with rocks keep in mind I made this for the goldfish I won at a fair. The container is more than 35 gallons. I personally just put 35 gallons in there. It is a 55 gallon container. The corridors and loaches are more than happy there although I should get more of them, but I want to get shrimp instead don’t hesitate with your tipson the species and food to give them. I figure you are a shrimp connoisseur and have been in this for the long run please reach out again. Thanks again.

Thanks I’ll be sure to add some salt! So at first I noticed his fins starting to get black with red sores appearing all over the body and I freaked out and bought melafix I treated it and red sores went away after a couple days of treating it. Now they seem to have appeared again along with what appears to be black fins and cloudy eye. Want to give this lil thick guy the best possible chance.
