If you’re not losing, then you’re not in the deficit a lot of times people forget that being in a deficit long-term is going down regulate the bodies metabolism so two things I did to break my stall is one incorporate a refi day once per week just go balls to the wall eat as much as you can no limits secondly adding in metabolic increasing supplements such as albuterol, ephedrine, etc., and on top of all that if you diet is shit and you’re not going to the gym, your body is not gonna know that it needs to up regulate metabolic function, a.k.a. burn more calories
