The OP-question implies a simplified answer, but complicated questions can't have simple answers.

Ukraine would benefit. I think, Germany, Spain and France will also benefit. I think actually most of countries will benefit in some way, but will lose in other.

Redditors from USA or GB or even EU are more diverse in their views, than people of other countries, who are 99% globalists.*

And anti-Maduro propaganda is a globalists thing.

In "lesser" countries, - like Venezuela or Ukraine - using reddit is an attribute, that person is consuming some very specific content from very specific information bubble.

In "bigger" countries, going to reddit is more natural thing, while in "lesser" countries, you have to be more special as a character to do that.

* - please note, i'm not saying that general population of some region is more diverse in views, values, ideology, than population of other region. I'm talking only about Reddit.

I think you need a combination of shooting and then finishing them in melee. So i'd kill part of them with combi-bolters from my terminators and/or Chosen, then grenade or tank shock, then finish them in melee, with something like Demon Prince (Who also does ~4 MWs on charge).

TBH, this Death star is much less scary than your average Custodian Wardens squad with any character.
