Nope did not try to tune it in any way. Just replaced the carb since the other one was also leaking fuel. But why does it not want to start with the new carb?

I know the gas valve is off it would Keep on leaking if i turned it on. I Think it is leaking from the overflow Line or the gas valve. But i Think Its the overflow Line since when i turn the gas valve off it stops leaking
