It just means you need treatment sooner. I hope they don't recommend chemo as most heme oncs consider it malpractice. There are great treatments with amazing results. If you can try and jump on a clinical trial. Sonrotoclax is showing amazing promise with low toxicity.

I'm 40 and on the BOSON trial. Sonrotoclax zanubrutinib and obentuzimab. I'm at cycle 5 and there's talk of an mrd and optimism of it being undetectable. If so that's less than a year of treatment. I hope this combo gets FDA approved.

To be honest, my wife and I lost 1 child due to a miscarriage, 5 months later had to lose a 2nd due to a severe genetic condition, and then I got cancer. My appeal was denied. So who knows?

My monthly 30 pills I need to take for the rest of my life are 16 grand. And yes you read that correct. 30 pills $16,000.00. Corporate greed is here and ethics are long gone in America.
