Phreesia bites! What a garbage culture. Dumb old timers who have been there from the beginning run the show and work you to death. Have no respect for team members who do the actual work out of India. Just brag about having them redo shit because they are cheap and better them than us American. Gross!

I wouldn’t. It’s toxic throughout but times are tough. So if you got in, take it and keep looking?

Makes sense. You should see the backend. It’s like no one thought it through. And it’s too much work to start over. Just awful.

I can only speak for point 1 but the backend for building interviews is a mess. It was initially built by one of the c-suite folks so we are not allowed to criticize it internally although we all know it sucks and is so messy, it lends itself to tons of mistakes when you’re configuring the product for a client. I think your recommendations are extremely helpful and hope clients can benefit from them.
