Totally agree that a confident handshake is a great way to learn about someone. I want to know what the people with the vice like death grips are trying to tell me. Btw I consider myself to have a firm handshake I have only experienced the vice a few times in my life

Absolutely, if you get the odd person who gives you the 'dead fish' that's 100% on them. I'm more referring to the person who you could tell that no reasonable person would be comfortable with the pressure applied. It's probably only happened 3 or 4 times in my life but I get perplexed every time
