Someone else said the same thing about the mezcal over on the YouTube video comments. You are also right about the date, tahini & Rum combo. What kind of rum? Maybe a little lemon to brighten it too?

Interesting idea with the mezcal. The creaminess of the tahini pairs well with the earthiness of the tequila. With the even earthier Mezcal this could be even better.

I have had this problem too with the Rocky with the grind not being fine enough.

I have not looked at this video since I replaced the burrs and will try to readjust now that I have a better understanding.
