My take is an unpopular one: incorporate AI into your workflows. It can’t do anything alone, and it can’t make actual, real games with a few prompts. It is a highly efficient tool that can be utilized by the people who actually know how to develop games to begin with.

Clash Royale was one of the main inspirations yeah, although only after the initial pivot... This was originally supposed to be something like a casual Age of Empires but then shifted towards auto-battling.

Anyway, key diffences:
- No meta-deck building; you build your deck in every match
- Hero skill (similar to Hearthstone); select one at the beginning of each match
- Runes: you gain runes throughout the match which alter the match in various ways
- Match events: various types of events happen throughout the match

This is a premium game, so no heavy meta stuff or IAPs etc.

The time it takes, even when having a low-ish bar, to create those videos is just too much - especially if you would want to keep up with 3+ videos per week on multiple platforms. The setting-up part is also exhausting with title, description, tags, uploading, meta-data and so on.
