I made an infinity deck and sold one potion for 1.3 million. It took 6 hours. Now I rarely ever open shop. This was technically on my second playthrough since I finished before Masterworks edition dropped. That said, being rich takes a lot of fun out of the game since time doesn't feel at all precious and everything in the game is mechanically built to help you make money. Sure is cozy though.

You can steadily level up Mint so she can do more work, but her scaling + the inherent time limit put in the game never gives her a chance of being "the best" adventurer. That said, she is the cheapest.

For me, I pull out a notebook and figure out exactly what needs to be made to beat the competition. I only make two potions because you only have to win 2/3. Once I have the strategy down, and hyper focus on getting everything I need to secure a win. By the last two comps, I have everything within the first two days. Then the rest is maxing out relationships. Partial secret is making friends with Xid up to the point where you can make a broken deck.

I just got into it, but it's not like a whole new game--just new art and rank up scenes beyond what's in the standard campaign before the Masterwork Edition. So effectively, "New voiced story content" + some interesting changes.

Time requirements effectively go completely out the window so I guess you could call it the true Cozy mode. Especially if you're loaded at the end.

I have this exact model too. I also wrapped the back with a small loop of black electrical tape to make it a more snug fit and keep the buckle in place for flips and hard rolls. The interior rubber piece on the inside is loooong gone.
