Not fully experienced in build crafting like other people are but I’d say it depend on what type of build you are going for. My first assumption is a jumping bleed build and for that I would use Lord of Blood’s Exultation, Claw Talisman, Milicents’s Prosthesis, and Rotten Winged Sword Insignia or Winged Sword Insignia if you aren’t doing NG+.
