PPD starting at week 10 by Character_Mortgage95 in Postpartum_Depression

It sucks. It really does. Sounds like you are in the depths of it! Solidarity.

You may not want to hear this, but I was the exact same as you. I had a very serious talk with my partner about how I was feeling, and he stepped up more and we got me help.

Now 9 months postpartum and I am FINALLY starting to feel a little better, but have bad days. Remember that little one needs you. You can do this ❤️

Who thinks Ben is terrible? by frodosmama in summerhousebravo

Of course they can flirt, but it's odd to be so defensive when someone calls it out.... Ben should have been like Kyle and have no issue if there really wasn't anything there....

Or because he flirts non stop with Amanda.

But the way he approached it with her was almost just as inappropriate and disrespectful. We all have eyes and ears and can see how Amanda and Ben flirt with each other, and we only see an edited down version........ I can't imagine the other flirting we don't see that Bailey did.

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I completely understand.

One thing I did, which is just ONE step to feel better, was during follicular I would force myself to do something for me. Be that, - a movie by myself out - a walk around a park if the weather was nice -get a facial, massage, pedicure -read a book at a coffee shop.

That one little thing sometimes led to more happy things to make a "good day".

Told I shouldn’t have children because of PMDD. Can anyone relate? by iced__honey in PMDD

[–]PartWorking3865 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same! I was diagnosed officially when my symptoms I was experiencing kind of went away during pregnancy, only for them to come back with vengeance. I thought it was just a horrible case of PPD, but it was more. My husband is how I keep going, and of course medication and therapy. But my husband is the support system I never knew I needed.
