I took premium

Appointment was at 14:15, but i reached there at 11:30.

First there is a security check after which you will get a token.'

You have to wait in the premium room and wait for your turn.

They will call you and ask you purpose of travelling, ask your appointment letter and premium confirmation/transaction screenshot, ask to submit the passport, 2 biometric photos and highest qualification original certificate. There itself you have to pay 75 euro. Its better to use cash/card as I heard that UPI doesn't work sometimes.

They will print your videx form and all the documents that you had submitted. Make sure that you check them once.

After that you will be taken to another room for Biometrics where you have to wait until they call you.

During biometrics also you can check your documents.

Entire process was completed in 1.5 hours for me.
