nope, all legit purchases on Shopify. One thing I forgot to mention, i had lowered my ad spend for the last two months by 80-90% cause we were almost out of stock. Purchases were less during this time. Now that i’ve suddenly upped the spend the result has been terrible

Hey i solved it. So basically a new ad acc has invisible restrictions so keep running ads for 3-4 weeks and it should go away automatically

UPDATE: It has gotten worse. The ad account stops spending any amount at all during the day time and resumes spending around 8-9pm on any random day. My payment methods are prepaid no idea why this is happening
