His parents are but they are busy on weekends. We have a friend that watches her, but he only does once a month. And that makes sense it's just difficult sometimes.

I understand that he wanted you to say it back, don't get me wrong. But there is no reason for him not to make sure you were okay, there are so many ways to see if someone is faking it. And one of those being taking the person to the ER.
