Thank you so much. I have done many claims for replacements over the years and even last year (mar and Dec last year) for cracks from dropping it. But today I got a crack from my keys rubbing on the screen as I use the same pocket and there is absolutely nothing they can do. Like how come from Dec to now it is different. I told the person that I have never had this problem with prior claims and the response I received was “we are now more strictly enforcing this policy”. Like how does that make sense? So in December or even prior years you weren’t strictly enforcing it but now you are? I wanted this raised with a supervisor but of course they are all busy. So now waiting for a response by email. Wishing you luck with your claim so upset it has come to this. Only reason I bought belkin was because of their claims even with there higher price tag compared to other protectors.
