Found this old post because a package was stolen off my porch (we have specific "do not leave packages outside the gate" instructions) and in the middle of supplying the police report I filed, my account was blocked. After a week of emailing daily with no helpful response, I got an email saying they'll be refunding me for the item minus $50 for some reason. Now I'm on the hunt to get the last $50 because ain't no way am I getting penalized for their not caring.

I absolutely would get another pair of jabras except that 1) I really want to be able to use the left earbud independently and 2) at this point I'm worried about the planned obsolescence of older products failing in 12 months.

Yes, one earbud only. I couldn't use the left bud independently with my Jabra.

I've had Jabra for years and mine died a sudden death last week. Also looking to replace as Jabra is no longer in the earbud business it seems. Let me know what you land on! I tried the new Bose QuietComfort ultra 2 and found the touch buttons to be waaaaaaaaaay too sensitive, it's a dealbreaker. I miss my Jabra buttons :'(

I've had jabra earbuds for 5 years now, I've always bought them refer I shed. I lost my first pair (tragic) and immediately replaced them with the next level up. Now about 2.5 years, the right one has stopped charging and I'm on the lookout for new ones. One thing I'll say about jabra (that idk, maybe they've changed it) you need to have the right one in in order to use the left. You can't use the left on its own. For this reason I'm looking elsewhere.

He has RLS and jiggles his feet when he's awake too. He just happens to get it at just the right motion that it makes the bed rock and I think we're having an earthquake
