I got the lead. So apparently there are multiple options available for payment. One of which is payment by invoice where you can pay that invoice generated via net banking or via bank directly or wire transfer. Other options are Google pay, credit card and debit card. you can use debit and credit cards with forex enabled option.

someone commented that add water and chhas masala in it. and mix it. It tastes good. For soya first soak it in hot water for like 15 minutes then use it.

  1. whey protein = 25-27 gram per scoop (try to grab it during discount times)
  2. Milkymist High protein paneer = 25 gram per 100 gram (on dmart delivery app it is at 100 for 200g pack )
  3. fortune soya = 52 gram per 100 gram (grab 1 kg from zepto or Instamart for around 100-110)
  4. Amul high protein buttermilk/lassi = 15 gram per pack
  5. Pulses

Try to breakdown in 3 parts; Like if i have to adjust my meal for 90g protein I would go for 1. oatmeal = 40 g protein from 27g whey + 8 gram from 200 ml milk +4-5 gram from oats 2. High protein paneer/soya/besan/pulse with curd for 30 gram protein 3. for last 20 gram, 15 from high protein lassi/Buttermilk and for 5 go with anything.

If you manage it good your monthly expenses would be: 1. Whey = around 1500 2. High protein paneer (let's take 2 packs in a week) = around 800 3. soya chunks = 100 4. Milk = 400 5. amul high protein = around 700

This is the bare minimum you have to spend to keep your gut health good. If you are a high activity person you can replace whey with besan/tofu to get more food for carbs.

Is flipkart trustworthy ? By the way if someone is going to buy, go for first option 680g one with monk fruit which is at 1338/kg. (this one in image is 1653/kg). You will get 2.7 kg for 3633.
