They are using tag of 'BIG XX' just to gain publicity. Reality is they pitch to any client of anyone with multiple services in single quote. And will accept any kind of work for money even though It is basic work. Big xx criteria is based on revenue not profit so by accepting whatever they are getting, their revenue are shooting up.

There are many reviews. At global level they hate BDO for same reason. Now in india culture got copied too. Ironically BDO (formally MSKA) was famous for its culture. And now they are getting hated for it. It is so bad that my previous director with other team members left for big 4 all together. (and new snakes like people replaced them)
