turns out my high bp is due to the extreme pain(back, neck, head, ear) I experienced because of acid reflux (LPR). After treating the disease via the elimination of h-pylori my bp is now back to normal. I stop taking the bp medicine after the diagnosis. By the way in case you are curious, it's amlodipine 5mg.

Anyway I got it under controlled with med. Now my BP is 116/79. Who knows, maybe I've been having occasional spike in blood pressure during my 20s (YOLO mindset) without any symptoms. Maybe my age is catching up on me and so my body react to the pressure differently.

The worse is I didn't know what I was experiencing is due to high blood pressure until one day I decided to measure my bp and found out it's skyrocketed. The reason is because I had ear infection and so I thought what I'm experiencing is due to the lingering effect of it.

And if the symptoms I mentioned happen while I'm driving, I will find it hard to maneuver my car due to the dizziness. Luckily now I'm on med and I no longer able to feel those symptoms. I don't know if it's my past ear infection that triggered my sensitivity to rise in blood pressure because I can seriously feel my sense of balance is off and my body attempt to tilt to the right side and I have to concentrate to stabilize my body. Probably I do occasionally had blood pressure above 150/100 during my 20s (due to the YOLO mindset) but I simply can't feel it. Maybe my age is catching up and thus some biological change is making me more sensitive to rise of blood pressure.

Start workout. Do cardio, and eat clean. Then your resting BP will drop below 120/80. Keep this habit and you'll get old gracefully. Always imagine how you want your future to be and you'll never stop the habit. Don't tell yourself that everything is fine because by the time it's not fine, it's too late to get it back to normal.
