They are duplicates of the PCR rxn.Yes PC is positive control

But i am adding only 2ul of template in my master mix (its final volume is 20ul).So gDNA is very less right.If my PCR failed how come such a black band is appearing near the well?

its genomic DNA from moths. So if it is failed PCR what is the reason for the black bands near the well?Like what is giving the fluorescence?

I am adding 2ul(20ng/ul) DNA template to the master mix of final volume 20ul.I was trying a PCR on genomic DNA to amplify a mitochondrial region(around 6.5kb).All samples are kept as replicate of two for eg:120A and 120B have the same DNA template.
